有一次水開了，我在向暖瓶里倒時，不小心都澆在了腳上，這時可把家人都急壞了，我更是感覺腳揪心的疼。這時我忽然想到，曾經看到過關于燙傷急救的知識。我便忍著腳疼，在家人的幫助下，先用冷水沖洗了半小時，腳就不大疼了，然后小心脫掉襪子，最后將燙傷處的皮膚拭干，并在腳上涂了些藍油烴，適當包扎了一下，過了一段時間腳就好多了。

通過這次燙傷急救，我總結了燙傷急救應分三步走：

第一步，如果燙傷處皮膚未破，先要用冷水沖洗，其目的是止痛、減少滲出和腫脹，以避免或減少水皰形成。沖洗時間應在半小時以上，以停止沖洗時不感到疼痛為準。須注意的是，沖洗結束后，為防止感染應避免再次接觸冷水。另外可在沖洗的冷水中放少許鹽，有止痛消腫作用。但如果燙傷處的皮膚已破，則禁止用冷水沖洗，以防感染。

第二步，小心脫掉衣物，脫衣物時要避免碰到燙傷處。

第三步，將燙傷處的皮膚拭干，并在創面涂些藍油烴、綠藥膏等油膏類藥物，再適當包扎1―2天。要注意的是，面部不要包扎，燙傷處皮膚應保持清潔和干燥。如有小水皰形成，注意不要弄破，應讓其自行吸收；如果水皰較大，須到醫院讓醫生處理。

專家強調，較嚴重的燙傷應立即到醫院就診，輕度燙傷自行處理一兩天后如果出現紅腫、疼痛加劇等癥狀，說明有感染的可能，也應及時到醫院進行治療。
