高考英語作文閱卷感受及教學啟示
眾所周知，英語書面表達是高考英語的壓軸大戲，也是提高英語平均分的最大潛力股。筆者有幸參加過8次高考閱卷，6次被評為優秀閱卷員，因此，想在此談談高考英語作文閱卷感受。
一、評改切入點
英語書面表達滿分25分，在電腦上閱卷，實行“二評三評四仲裁”制，即每份試卷隨機由兩位老師改，超過4分的差值，由第三個老師改，如第三個老師與其他兩個老師的差值仍超過4分，由閱卷組長做出最后仲裁。
整個評卷過程非常公正公平，評卷標準操作性也很強。同時，江西省2021年的高考評分原則明確規定要避免趨中傾向，該給高分的給高分，包括滿分；該給低分給低分，包括零分。一名閱卷人員在所評閱的全部試卷中不應只給中間的幾種分數，這樣好的作文就能得高分，差的作文就得低分，基本上不存在靠好運能拿高分之說。
